Georgie completed her ultrasound training to benefit us in many ways, you never know when you may need to carry out an emergency scan or a quick check once a mother has given birth. Not always is there someone available to see right away. We have invested in best equipment to be able to safely, reliably and clearly check the pregnancy progress and health of our dogs as and when we need to.
We also offer Ultrasound scans to anyone who requires a pregnancy scan on their dog. Our services can be carried out in our Clinic based in Needham market or from the comfort of your own home.
We are also trained and experienced in Microchipping. We hold microchips in stock at all times and offer chipping from litters of puppy's through to older dogs who's chips have malfunctioned.

How it works
Ultrasound scanning uses high-frequency sound waves to create images of the inside of the body. A small device called a transducer is placed on the skin, emitting sound waves that bounce off tissues and organs. These sound waves return to the transducer, where they are converted into electrical signals. A computer processes these signals to generate real-time images, which are displayed on a monitor. Ultrasound is commonly used for monitoring pregnancies and checking organs, all without the need for radiation.
